Sic Bo is a dice game that is quick to learn and quick to play. Three dice are shaken in every round, and you place your bets on what the dice will show before they land. There are no cards to count and no hand to play, so your only decision is which bets to place. This guide explains the dice, the main bet types and how a round runs.

Each round uses three dice, so every result is made of three numbers from 1 to 6. The three numbers can be added into a total, which can be anywhere from 3 to 18. A result where all three dice show the same number is called a triple. Triples matter because many bets are treated differently when one appears.
Live Sic Bo tables show a betting layout on screen, usually with the bets grouped by type. You tap the area you want, choose your chip size and confirm before the timer runs out.
| Bet | You win if |
|---|---|
| Big | The total is 11 to 17, and the dice are not a triple |
| Small | The total is 4 to 10, and the dice are not a triple |
| Single number | Your chosen number shows on at least one die |
| Specific total | The three dice add up to the total you picked |
| Two-dice combination | Two chosen numbers both show among the three dice |
| Any triple | All three dice show the same number |
| Specific triple | All three dice show the exact number you picked |
Bets that cover many outcomes, such as Big and Small, win more often but pay less. Bets that need a very particular result, such as a specific triple, win rarely but pay more. Payouts differ by studio and table, so read the paytable shown on the table you choose before you bet.
Big and Small are the easiest bets to start with. Big covers totals 11 to 17, and Small covers totals 4 to 10. At most tables, any triple makes both Big and Small lose, even if the total would normally fall in range. For example, 4, 4, 4 totals 12, but because it is a triple, a Big bet does not win.
With a single number bet, you pick one number from 1 to 6. If it shows on one die, you win. Most tables pay more when your number shows on two dice, and more again when it shows on all three. Check the table's paytable for the exact payouts.
The dice show 2, 4 and 5. The total is 11, and the dice are not a triple. A Big bet wins and a Small bet loses. A single number bet on 4 wins because a 4 appears once. A single number bet on 6 loses because no 6 appears. A specific total bet on 11 wins, and a bet on any triple loses.
